Completed in 2024, Five Ferns is a stylish two-storey home located on the outskirts of Oban. Situated on a private one acre block of lush bush. It is home to a variety of birdlife such as Tui, Kereru, Kiwi, Bellbird, Fantail, Tomtit and other wildlife. There is a large sunny deck with views that span over the treetops to the ocean. Access to the house is via a walking track that includes 60 steps up through the native bush (1-2 minutes). It is like walking into your own private retreat.
Picture yourself sitting on the private spacious deck taking in the sunrise and listening to the birdsong whilst enjoying a coffee. After all your activities end the day in the bespoke wood fired sauna. It truly is a break from the world.
