We produce premium, boutique spirits from New Zealand’s southernmost distillery that celebrates Stewart Island – our rich culture, our colourful history and our pristine environment – in every sip.
Our popular product Third Island Gin is a traditional dry gin with the spice of rainforest botanicals, hints of fresh citrus peel and cassia bark. Locally foraged manuka, rimu and horopito dance with juniper and coriander seed in a shower of the freshest rainwater on the planet.
Due to our consent terms, our distillery is not open to the public and we do not provide tastings, tours or cellar door sales. However, we do ship orders throughout New Zealand as well as providing a ‘click & collect’ option for visitors to the island via our website. Our products, including Third Island Gin, are also available to sample/purchase at the South Sea Hotel.
