Oban Presbyterian Church

Oban Presbyterian Church was built in 1904.

Our Sunday school was purchased from the Norwegian Whaling Base in Patersons Inlet in the late 1920's. While at the base it served as a mess hall and bunk room.

We enjoy welcoming visitors to the Island, at Services which are held every Sunday at 10.30am.

We do not have a resident Minister, and though we are a Presbyterian Church our visiting preachers include Baptist Salvation Army Methodist and Presbyterian etc.

After each service we enjoy a morning tea in the hall so we can meet and talk with our visitors.
